Support options
There are three main pillars of support I offer. Birth support, lactation support and community events.
After playing around with different support packages and constructs for doula support, I have come to find that most people choose the same package over and over. To simplify things (for my own sanity), I have narrowed my support down to one standard package with the option to add on additional support sessions as needed, as well as one standard package for those planning a c-section.

*“Scheduled c-section (no labor)” means you have no intention to labor and do not desire a vaginal birth: you want a cesarean regardless. Even if labor were to start before your scheduled c-section date you are planning on going in for your cesarean right away. Families who want the possibility of laboring, such as with a desired VBAC, and are not receiving insurance benefits through OHP or Moda Health OEBB or PEBB fall under the ‘private pay’ option.
Private pay packages will be billed in three installments unless we come to a different agreement. The first installment is due when you retain me as your doula, the second installment is due at 37 weeks of pregnancy and the final installment is due 2 weeks postpartum.
